TIMESHARE MAINTENANCE FEES
Timeshare Maintenance Fees is set and collected Association of Home Resort owners or management company to maintain timeshare, pay insurance, utilities, repairs and taxes. These fees vary from resort to resort, and with the type and size of timeshare unit purchased. Cost of resort operations is distributed to owners. This board must also establish reserves to pay-off costs, like furniture, equipment, etc., which must be periodically replacement and other capital expenditures, as usually happens physical deterioration. Note - In the period of active sales, maintenance fees may be temporarily subsidized by the developer as a marketing tool. When Hoa assumes, payment may rise to unsubsidized levels.
